Who is website support good for?

You have an existing Squarespace website but you know it needs a little (or a lot of) attention. We can work on a fix for something that’s been niggling at you, or make a bigger addition or refresh to make sure your website better suits your business.

How website support sessions work…

1. Get in touch

Get in touch with me to share with me what you would love to tackle or upgrade on your existing Squarespace website.

2. Make a plan

From there we’ll schedule a call to discuss the details, plan out the project and make a list of what needs to be prepared ahead of time.

3. Get to work

Once we’ve spoken and I understand exactly what needs to be done, we will decide on a timeframe for the project. This can be a few hours, a day or even a week. Whatever the length, we will communicate throughout the project session so I can get your feedback and make timely edits.

4. Post session support

After your project is completeyou will have 7 days of email support from me, where I can help with any questions or tweaks related to the work we completed.
