In your support session, you will get my focussed attention for a few hours, a day or a week to work through website fixes, updates and more.

It’s amazing how much we can get done with a plan, goal and laser-focus on just your website.

Make a Plan

From there we’ll schedule a call to discuss the details, plan out the project and make a list of what needs to be prepared ahead of time.
Get to Work

Once we’ve spoken and I understand exactly what needs to be done, we will decide on a timeframe for the project. This can be a few hours, a day or even a week. Whatever the length, we will communicate throughout the project session so I can get your feedback and make timely edits.
Post Session Support

After your project is completeyou will have 7 days of email support from me, where I can help with any questions or tweaks related to the work we completed.
